Watch Over Me Moon Abstract Moon Art Print by Bristol artist Georgie Web features a moon peeking through painterly clouds in shades of purple, blue and pink. Dreamy and uplifting, this abstract moon print was created to feel like a gentle reminder that someone is always watching over you.
The artwork came about almost by accident. While painting over the beginnings of what was meant to be a disco ball, Georgie noticed the shape of a moon emerging and decided to follow where the painting was taking her.
The name, however, has a much more personal meaning. It comes from a necklace Georgie's great nan gave her for her 21st birthday, featuring a moon called Watch Over Me Moon. It was the last gift she ever gave Georgie, and wearing it still makes her feel close to her today.
This abstract moon art print is a beautiful piece for anyone looking to create a calm, comforting space filled with colour and meaning.
