CHRISTMAS 2024 DELIVERY DATES
To ensure UK delivery by Christmas with our standard service, please place your order by Monday 16th December.
Need extra time? For an additional £3, you can order up until Wednesday 18th December, with our express service for guaranteed Christmas delivery to the UK.
For EU and US orders, please order by Wednesday 11th December. Unfortunately, the deadline for Christmas delivery to Australia has now passed.
Prints are made to order and are shipped in either a tube or flat pack envelope. Our current processing time is 3-4 workings days (Mon-Fri), however, this may increase during busier times.
We offer free standard shipping to the UK (excluding NI) on all orders over £50. On everything else, shipping cost is dependent location and contents of the order and will be calculated at checkout.

Shipped using a tracked 48 service via Royal Mail from our fulfilment partner.
Larger framed prints (£A3+) are sent via DPD or DX Express.
Homeware, selected frames and sample sizes are sent via Royal Mail from our Bristol studio.
If art prints are ordered with homeware, then the order may arrive in multiple shipments due to being fulfilled at different locations.
Please allow 2-4 days for orders to arrive once shipped.
Express shipping is also available at a further cost of £3 for UK orders, where orders will be shipped the same or following working day (if placed after midday or at weekends) and should arrive the next working day after that.
We may sometimes use other reliable services during busier time and strikes.

Live in Bristol? Homeware orders can be collected from BS1 for free. Just send us a message to arrange and we'll send you a code to enter at checkout that will remove the delivery cost.

VAT, IMPORT TAX AND DUTY
Each country has their own VAT, import tax and duty laws, which may incur additional fees when arriving in your country. Please note that you are responsible for any taxes or duties on your shipment and will need to pay them before you can receive your order, therefore check your country purchase limits before purchasing.
From 1st July 2021 there are new rules for exporting items to the EU from the UK. All goods are now liable to be charged local VAT rates. This additional VAT is not collected at checkout by Skudaboo. You may be contacted by your local customs to pay the VAT plus an admin fee upon arrival at the border of your country. Orders valued €150+ may also be subject to additional customs/handling fees.
RETURNS
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days after the item(s) have been delivered. If you would like to return an item, please request this on your online account and we will send you a returns address. We do not offer paid returns, unless your item is faulty or damaged, meaning you are responsible for the shipment and payment of the return. We would always suggest using a tracked service for your return.
The item must be returned in the condition it was received, with no damages. Once the parcel has been received, your refund will be processed via the original payment method.
Online gift vouchers are non-refundable & non- exchangeable or non-redeemable for cash.
CANCELLATIONS
All our prints are made to order which means once your order has been placed, the order is automatically processed and sent to print. If you decide you would like to cancel, please email hello@skudaboo.co.uk and we will try our best to cancel before it reaches print. If it is too late, you will need to follow the above returns process.
