As the dark and cold nights start creeping in, it's the perfect time to stay in and get cosy! If you're looking to embrace the cosy lifestyle with some new purchases, look no further as in this blog, I'm sharing some of my favourite cosy buys from small businesses.
As a small business owner myself, I understand the many benefits of shopping small. Not only do you discover unique, high-quality items, but you also make a significant impact on the dedicated small business owners who work tirelessly to bring you the best products. When you choose to support small businesses, you're not just buying an amazing product; you're investing in someone's dream and passion.
My small business, Skudaboo, is an online art gallery specialising in premium giclée art prints. I started Skudaboo to help people create spaces filled with personality while showcasing incredible artists.
Some of the beautiful finds in this blog are also from my fellow members of the Studio Cotton Clubhouse, an intimate community of small business owners founded by website design and strategy expert, Aime Cox. If you're a fellow small business, be sure to follow Aime at Studio Cotton on instagram for straightforward, easily understandable website & SEO expertise.

Paper and Word
Paper and Word was founded by Abby, who first started creating book sleeves after her beloved books kept getting damaged during her morning commute. She initially launched these protective covers on her bookstagram account, and in 2018, she turned her passion into a full-fledged shop.
Now, Abby not only crafts beautiful book sleeves but also gaming sleeves and a lovely range of hand-curated goodies that make your me-time even more special.
It took me far too long to choose a favourite book sleeve on their site, but I absolutely fell in love with the Aurora book sleeves. The dreamy lilac and pistachio colour combination. The soft sateen fabric also made me wish I could cuddle up in the sleeve myself!
